Common questions

Do I need to already have a Shopify account?
No. We can set up a new Shopify account for you as part of the service, or build on an existing one you already own. Just let us know in the notes.
What happens to the store after it's handed over?
It's 100% yours. Full admin access is transferred to you — you own the Shopify store, the brand assets, and everything in it. We have no ongoing access unless you explicitly request support.
Does the build fee include BoxBox subscription costs?
No — the build fee is a one-time charge for creating your store. Once your store is live and you start fulfilling orders, BoxBox's standard subscription and per-order fees apply separately. Check our pricing page for those details.
Can I choose my own products?
Yes. You can provide a list of specific products or SKUs you want included, and we'll add them. If you'd rather leave it to us, we'll do the research and present you with our selections for approval.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Every package includes revision rounds before final handover. If you're still not satisfied after revisions, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right. Our goal is to hand over a store you're genuinely excited about.
